Nace equipo de fútbol incluyente en Puerto Vallarta: FC Rebeldes LGBTH

Con un partido amistoso se dió el lanzamiento oficial del equipo de fútbol «FC Rebeldes LGBTH Vallarta», el pasado 15 de Noviembre de 2020 en la ciudad de Puerto Vallarata, Jalisco.

El objetivo del equipo es jugar y continuar luchando por nuestros derechos y espacios deportivos, con inclusión aceptación.

El equipo que apadrinó el nacimiento de los Rebeldes fué el “Club Deportivo Monarcas” quienes sostuvieron un encuentro deportivo con el equipo anfitrión “FC. REBELDES LGBTH VALLARTA” dando con esto el banderazo oficial de arranque en las actividades deportivas del nuevo equipo, tanto en competencias locales, como nacionales.

Monarcas agradeció ser el Padrino oficial, dando la patadita de la buena suerte a los jugadores Rebeldes, refrendando así los lazos de amistad y fraternidad con los equipos deportivos.

Este nuevo proyecto es liderado por Armando del Toro Contreras, un reconocido deportista LGBT que ha sobresalido en el ámbito del fútbol a nivel nacional e internacional, entre ellos los Gay Games Paris 2018 representado orgullosamente a su estado Jalisco y a México. Con este nuevo proyecto se busca ampliar los espacios deportivos diversos e inclusivos en Puerto Vallarta y con su inclusión en el mapa del Orgullo Deportivo logra posicionar al estado de Jalisco como el segundo estado con más equipos deportivos LGBT+.

With a friendly match, the official launch of the football team «FC Rebeldes LGBTH Vallarta» was given, on November 15, 2020 in the city of Puerto Vallarata, Jalisco.

The objective of the team is to play and continue fighting for our rights and sports spaces, including acceptance.

The team that sponsored the birth of the Rebels was the “Club Deportivo Monarcas” who held a sporting meeting with the host team “FC. REBELDES LGBTH VALLARTA ” thus giving the official starting flag in the sports activities of the new team, both in local and national competitions.

Monarcas thanked them for being the official Godfather, giving the kick of good luck to the Rebel players, thus endorsing the ties of friendship and fraternity with the sports teams of the region.

This new project is led by Armando del Toro Contreras, a renowned LGBT athlete who has excelled in the field of soccer nationally and internationally, including the Gay Games Paris 2018 were proudly represented his state, Jalisco and Mexico. This new project seeks to expand the diverse and inclusive sports spaces in Puerto Vallarta and its now listed on the Sports Pride map, it manages to position the state of Jalisco as the second state with the most LGBT + sports teams in México.
